If you are a person who always wants to catch up with the latest trend, then you must have had minimalistic House idea in your mind, or you could already even apply some parts of it. However, blindly catching up with this trend is actually not simple as you had seen in the first glance.
This House idea is consisted mainly of two principle, namely simplicity and ergonomic. Simplicity aspect mostly visible with the omission of ornaments which resulted in bare-looking spaces, walls, doors etc. In fact, you will not see anything that does not play a certain function in a minimalistic style. This is related closely with the ergonomic of the room. The movements of the resident or residents should be economic enough so that the arrangement of furniture, doors, windows and rooms are of subject to the economization principle.
Such principles are easy to imagine but rather hard for realization. For example, you cannot put your computer at the kitchen because there are waters all around the kitchen which will be dangerous for the computer. But if you are happened to be a computer and cooking lover at the same time, at best you should compromise this principle.
